Policies

At Tuscany Salon Spa, we strive to provide a welcoming and professional environment for all of our guests. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, including appointment cancellations, payment methods, and our commitment to hygiene and safety.

Gift Certificates 

Tuscany Salon Spa offers a variety of gift certificates, available for purchase in-person or online. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Consultations

All services begin with a thorough consultation—the most important part of the experience. We make every effort to listen and discuss exactly what our guests are expecting. As wishes are discussed, we ask our guests to voice any issues, concerns, allergies or medical conditions—we’re here for you and want you to be 100% satisfied. Our service providers will also offer product recommendations, as well as discuss routine maintenance. Before the service is performed, stylists will discuss the process as well as the products that will be used. We will do our best to give accurate pricing and timing predictions on color changes and corrections. Please understand some service requests will take multiple visits.

Late Arrivals / Cancellations 

If running a little late, please understand that every effort will be made to still deliver the service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled or shortened. We request at least a 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation, as we may be able to accommodate another guest.

Any guest that has frequently missed or rescheduled appointments will be required to provide us with their credit card information for future reservations.

Upon booking, a credit card is required to hold a reservation, cancellations without 24 hour notice will be required to pay 50% of reserved service.

Returns / Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our highest concern. Therefore, you may exchange any product, or receive a store credit for products only, within 30 days of the original purchase. Styling tools are final sale, warranty by manufacturer.

Guest Safety / Children

To ensure the safety of our guests/staff, and to allow us to give each guest our undivided attention, only the person receiving the service is permitted on the styling floor. In our efforts to provide a relaxed and professional experience for all of our guests, we ask that you watch your children at all times while in the salon.

Cell Phones / Devices

We kindly request that phones be silenced, set to vibrate or be turned off to ensure that all our guests receive the relaxing experience we strive to provide.

Miscellaneous and Payments

Tuscany Salon Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items or items left behind. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, personal checks (with valid ID) and cash are all accepted methods of payment. $25 will be charged for all checks returned for non-sufficient funds. Any gratuities paid by card will be charged a small convenience fee.

Anytime you need a fresh point of view, please try another member of our staff. We are a team and we’re happy when you’re happy.

Gratuity

Rates do not include gratuity. If you feel it is appropriate, gratuity is greatly appreciated. 

All prices listed are *starting-at* prices and may vary depending on the complexity of the experience. 

Important Experience Guidelines:

  • A credit card on file is needed for all reservations 

  • We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancelation or rescheduling of any experience.

  • A cancelation fee of 50% of the reserved amount will apply for any reservation rescheduled or canceled within the 24-hours prior to reservation time.

  • "No-Show" reservations will be charged 100% of the reserved experience amount.
